Light Up on Saturday, February 26, 7:00 pm Submit your entry by Friday, February 18 You must be registered for the conference to enter. The goal of Light Up is to present Christ Jesus to the world through using our gifts and talents with excellence. Each entry should meet that goal in a relevant way. Skilled Judges will view all entries and select program participants. Participants who are chosen will receive notification that they are to present their piece in Light Up. Entrants are required to minister the same piece they sent in, with no changes.   Drama entry categories: Three minute Monologue, a five minute dialogue with two or more characters, a three to five minute comedy piece. The drama must have a Christian story line or an uplifting, relevant story, with no curse words or ungodly content.   Dance entry categories: Ballet/Worship Dance, Hip-hop Dance, or Streamer Dance with a Christian message. Use music that is uplifting and morally sound with movements that are without sensuality. Modest costumes.   Flags: Three to five minute song (Christian, uplifting) with choreographed flag movements. (Hand flags or large flags)   Music: Three to five minute song, instrumental or vocal (can be rap). Vocal entries must have accompaniment- either CD track or live accompaniment.   Art: Enter your original pieces only. Sculpting:  Clay, wood Drawing:  Pencil sketches, charcoal, crayon Painting: oils, acrylics; Sizes that can be displayed easily. Photography: Photos that have a relevant, Christian message. One photo or a group of photos that were taken by the entrant.   Media: It has to have a relevant,(“non-religious”) practical Christian message. Video: 2 to 10 minutes short clip.
